Festival Project Management Plan

In my time at Full Sail University I took part in a course called Project & Team Management. One objective of this course involved learning the principles of project management which included creating a full project management plan, ordering tasks correctly, understanding and considering all factors that contribute to a successful project, and staying within budget. The second objective required exploring the various factors of team management and creating a productive team which included matching project objectives to team member skill sets, motivating a team to accomplish project goals, empowering team members to take ownership of a project’s success, and providing mentorship to aid the team’s success. The project that I created was intended for a music festival called BAMFF, or Bands And Music From Fiction. The festival highlights music from the target audience’s favorite movies, tv shows, and video games. Below is my final plan for BAMFF that includes a Gantt chart.
